• Are driver charges included in the fare? Do I need to arrange food or stay for the driver?

  Yes, all driver charges are included in your fare. Our drivers manage their own food and accommodation, so you do not need to worry about it.

• Are there any extra charges for night travel?

  No, there are no additional night charges. Your fare remains the same regardless of travel time.

• Are there any additional charges apart from the shown price?

  The displayed fare is mostly inclusive. However: 5% GST is applicable, parking charges (if any) are to be paid as per actuals, and toll and state taxes may vary depending on the route and trip type.

• How early should I book my cab?

  You can book as late as 1 hour before departure, but we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for better availability.

• Can I book a cab through customer support?

  Our support team is happy to assist you with queries, but bookings must be completed through our website Urbandrives.in.

• Can I book without paying any advance?

  To confirm your booking, a small advance payment of 15–20% is required. The remaining amount can be paid during the trip.

• Do I need to pay toll charges for both sides in a one-way trip?

  No, for one-way trips, you only need to pay one-side toll charges.

• Will the cab have FASTag?

  Yes, all Urbandrives cabs come equipped with FASTag for smooth and hassle-free travel.

• When will I receive driver and vehicle details?

  In most cases, details are shared shortly after booking. In rare situations, it may take up to 2 hours before departure.

• Is the advance refundable if I cancel my booking?

  Refunds depend on the cancellation timing and policy. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

• Are pets allowed during the trip?

  Yes, pets are allowed with an additional charge. Please select the Pet-Friendly Ride option while booking.
